Transparency has always been the foundation of how we build here. In November, we announced our intention to explore a token launch, a move we hoped would further decentralize our ecosystem and reward our most active users. However, after closely listening to your feedback, analyzing the current market landscape, and consulting with our board, we have decided to cancel the launch of the $BLOCK indefinitely.

Choosing this path wasn't easy, but it is the right decision for the long-term health of our brand and our relationship with you. Here is why we've made this call:

• Community Sentiment Matters: We heard you loud and clear. While our intent was to offer a free utility token, one that would have required a $5 million investment from us in listing fees and liquidity, we recognize the stigma surrounding TGEs (Token Generation Events). Many of you felt this drifted away from our core mission. We aren't here to "milk" our community; we're here to serve it.
• Market Stability: The current market cycle remains highly volatile. Launching now would likely lead to price instability, which would unfairly impact the trust you've placed in us. We refuse to gamble with our community's confidence for the sake of a trend.
• Focus on the Product: Reversing a poorly executed token launch is nearly impossible. Rather than spending our energy managing a speculative asset and the inevitable stress of price fluctuations, we are doubling down on what we do best: shipping world-class financial products.

We know many of you have been diligently accumulating points on our platform. We want to be clear: your loyalty will be rewarded.

While we won't be moving forward with a decentralized token, we are currently finalizing a new compensation and rewards structure that is more stable, more integrated into our core app experience, and, most importantly, built with your long-term interests in mind. It's going to be something special, and we'll have more to share on this in the coming months.
